Read this book:

I think every American should have to read this book, or at least the cliff notes. The first half has all been told before, but the second half actually describes how we can fix the energy crisis using terms that we understand, ie how to make money doing it. He also mentions the four letter word 'sacrifice' in regards to a real green revolution, but overall the target audience is the capitalist in each and every one of us. It also thoroughly describes the government's role in setting policies that could make America a leader in renewable/clean energy innovation and implementation...
